The Volunteer Spirit Awards is the premiere volunteer recognition event in Westchester and Putnam Counties. Every year in April, The Volunteer Center recognizes a distinguished group of volunteers who have done extraordinary work in our communities. Volunteers are nominated in several categories, and a blue ribbon panel of judges selects just one person or group for each category.
